RUTLAND E-Z Spread Fiberglass Stove Gasket Cement is designed specifically to be the easiest gasket cement for affixing fiberglass gaskets to steel and cast iron. Very easy to spread and control application and will not expand or contract during continued use.

TUBE: Knead tube before use. Cut tube tip to the desired opening. Dampen area with water and apply minimum amount of cement required into gasket channel, then press the gasket firmly into the cement. Close the door to ensure a good seal, then trim excess gasket. Allow to air dry for 1 hour with the door open. Within 30 days, start a fire and gradually increase the heat to 500°F (260°C) to cure.
