RUTLAND Pipe Insulating Cement insulates pipes to conserve energy. This dry-mix cement forms an easy-to-use paste when mixed with water. Can be used on pipes, fittings, tanks, and boilers to keep them insulated. Adheres to most masonry and metal surfaces.
